Unwinder Centring System
- Introduction to the system:
For structural reasons, when the photoelectric sensor is not close to the unwinder and the photoelectric sensor is too far away from the unwinder, it is difficult to obtain satisfactory results at the action and result points due to the time lag.
When the system is in operation, the deviation correction signal output from this controller is an incremental signal related to the speed of the unit to speed up the traverse of the uncoiler, while the position of the uncoiler is fed back to the controller by the position feedback sensor to form a closed loop control.
