- Introduction to the system
The system monitors one side of the feed belt through a photoelectric sensor, and transforms the change of the feed belt position into an electrical signal output to the control amplifier. The controller compares this signal with the pre-set corrective zero signal, if there is a deviation then output a corresponding deviation correction signal to the servo valve, the servo valve will convert the signal into high power hydraulic energy, drive the hydraulic cylinder to push the coiler side and with it through the rigid fixed arm connected as one of the photoelectric frame synchronous movement, until the photoelectric sensor zero position and the monitored strip side coincide. This back-and-forth tracking results in a neatly ended coil.
